COVID/Flu Testing

You MUST complete 2 steps:

1.  Log in or create an account on the Mobility Health Website.

Once there, you will need to create an account by entering your name, date of birth, email address, and a password that you create.  (If you already have an account, log in with your email address and password.) Once you have logged in, click on My Info on the left side. Enter your address and add your insurance information. If possible, upload a picture of your insurance card. For patients with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance, there is no charge to these tests. You must enter your insurance information.

2.  After registering, you may come to the pharmacy for your test during the available hours listed. No appointment necessary, just follow the instructions below.

When you arrive for your test, please park along Grove Street and call us from outside the pharmacy at 608-437-3001 and we will come out to you. Do NOT enter the store (we need to keep our staff healthy so we can continue to serve the community).

Results

Results will be reported electronically to you in 1 to 3 days. (Tests will result within 24 hours of when they are received, and they will be sent out via UPS by 3PM each day. Tests before 3 PM should result the next day. Tests after 3PM will likely take an extra day.)
